  • I got my passport! I didn't know I had to pick it up. It's been available since September 9. Hrrr.
  • I enrolled my Eon card onto an online account! The 200 I deposited was missing, though. So, I couldn't verify paypal.
  • Canada VISA App. Will work on it.
  • I did a total cleanup on my old laptop! So, my Mom could use it better. It took me like 6 hours! I love windirstat! I did some partitioning, rearranging of files, disk cleanup, defragmenting and disk check. I finished it, anyway. So, that's over. I also did it to my current laptop, but I already filled it up with more junk than when I started! So, I have to do it all over pretty soon.
  • I tried making a logo for my Mom, but I wasn't happy with it. I will fix it further.
  • I did Insanity again! I was planning to do Week 2 twice, because I took 5 rest days instead of 1. I'm not sure if I should push through, because even if the workout was only 40 minutes long, it knocked me out for around 4 hours. I didn't have energy to move the rest of the day. The point of working out is to get more energy. Some say it's best to do less than 20 minutes for daily workouts, which sounds like just right to get your blood pumping, maybe this is best to do at the end of the day, around 6 pm, because any further and it might become hard to sleep.

  • I hoarded calligraphy books after watching Introduction to the Art of Modern Calligraphy from Skillshare. The teacher made it look so easy, but she mentioned that it took her years before she developed her style.



  • Capture a feel to develop a personal style.
  • The easier it looks, the harder and longer it probably took to learn. FAITHFULNESS.
  • Try gouache. It's opaque, gel-like watercolor, perfect for dark paper.
  • Print out some fonts as references.
  • Use texture like, crosshatching, stippling, patterns, zentangles.
  • Study layout, using/eliminating negative space, perspective, shapes, kerning.

  • Find an ESL teaching job.
  • Hand letter a devo or something.
